I heard at several writers’ workshops that every writer needs a blog. Now I know why. What a wonderful way to share stories, thoughts and feelings at any time of day or night. It’s also a great way to get responses to those words and for others to share their stories also. There is still much I have to learn, but what an adventure this is becoming. Janet

With a wordpress blog, people can find your site with the tag surfer on the front page WordPress.com (unless you make it private). You can also track comments in the global dashboard (the reason I returned to respond).
Since our site is dedicated to eBooks, I actively seek out and get involved in other sites pertaining to books/literature.
A blog can also be a great way to connect with others.
